In 2006 we set out to create the best digital solution solutions in the world that contribute to people’s happiness. Happy People & Great Fucking Products®. In addition to building digital solutions, we knew right from the start that we want to build an amazing workplace. A workplace that would make our people happy and encourage them to grow and be the best version of themselves.

This document states our Values, tips on how to grow and thrive as a member of our team and gives specific examples. We hope you enjoy reading these principles and can relate to them.

We are mindful 😇

We act strong and bold. But only because we care. We care for our surroundings and acknowledge the impact we have on others and they on us. We try to be as kind as we can fucking be to the people around us, our organisation and our environment.

Why we do it

Being mindful allows us to be aware of our actions and learn from them which is beneficial to us and the company.
This allows us to:

  • be happier individuals at work and outside of work
  • feel less stressed
  • avoid becoming overwhelmed
  • reach our flow as often as possible

How we do it

We're only human, don't beat yourself up 💓

Creating Great Fucking Products® isn’t easy. If it was, everybody would do it. So strep yourself in, because we’re in it for the long haul. And we’re in it together. So we need to make sure we can hold up to the challenges, and not burn out while trying to reach them.

Don't be afraid to kill your darlings 🤳

We all have ideas but we will need to validate them. We’re a company that work on new and existing products. This means we’re doing things no one has ever done before. Don’t get too attached to an idea. Don’t fight with a colleague about who’s right. Test and learn!

Take time off 🌴

We believe taking time off is necessary to rekindle interest in what we do and foster creativity. When we do take time off, we always inform the team we work closely with and plan ahead so that operations keep running smoothly.
